Brief Introduction:
　　Yang Changheng, professorate senior engineer, senior economist, President of China Metallurgical Construction Association, Deputy Director General of China Construction Association, director of China Association of Commerce and CCPIT, Executive Director of China Steel Industry Association, and a guest professor of Xi¨an University of Science and Technology. Born in July 1944, he started to work in 1968. He has been engaged in construction of many national key projects including construction of Panzhihua I & S Works, Wuhan I & S Works, and Baosteel Complex. From January 1983 to January 1989, he worked as the Deputy Party Secretary and subsequently Party Secretary of Shanghai Baosteel Metallurgical Construction Corporation. From January 1989 to July 1994, he acted as the Deputy Party Secretary of Shanghai Baosteel Project Directorate Committee (in charge of the operations of the committee), and concurrently as the Deputy Director General and Executive Director General. From April 1992 to September 1994, he also held Ythe office of General Manager of Shanghai Baosteel Metallurgical Construction Corporation.

From　July 1994 to July 1995, he was appointed to be the Vice Chairman of Baosteel Group and concurrently held the office of Executive Director General of Shanghai Baosteel Project Directorate Committee. From August 1995 to July 1998, he was appointed to be the Director General of the Department of Metallurgical Construction & Coordination of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. Since July 1998, he has been acting as the Chairman, Party Secretary and Legal Representative of China Metallurgical Construction (Group) Corporation.
