Mr. Liu began his career in September
of 1980 after coming back to city and worked in Shaoyang Wire producing
factory, towel factory, Shaoyang economy and technique Cooperation Company
by time. He had the career of market department, director, vice general´
In 1996, he resigned his official position and founded Shaoyang Jinfeng
Paper and pulp corporation. He believes honesty is the key for promotion
of the company and providing fine welfare to fellow workers to activate
their spirit of creation and responsibility. The company won the honor
and credit by the banks and customers by its honesty and strong management.
They have not had triangle-debt, law affaires and employ only qualified
men that there are no relatives of Mr. Liu in his company. He asks high
efficiency. Mr. Liu was 7th division of Supereminence young entrepreneur
of Shaoyang and selected the member of 13th Shaoyang people's committee,
member of standing committee of 9th Shaoyang political consultant committee.
