Setting up in 2000 with French investors, the “Nantong Hailin Star & Jade Clothing Co., Ltd” has a large scale of sale. Its products have already in “Carrefour”,“Auchan”, “Wal-mart” and other large-scale international chain supermarkets, thus remarkably enhance the economic and social benefits. In 2003, combining with ERDOS Group, “Shanghai ERDOS Underwear Co., Ltd” was set up. Thanks to the perfect combination of the Group’s management experience in manufacturing knitting underwear, production ability and ERDOS’ brand effect, cashmere technology, they created a new marketing field in the high-class cashmere underwear and covered the domestic market in a short time. In 2004, Hailin Group leaded by Fei Jiangming merged “Jiangsu Sufeng Textile Co., Ltd”. The enterprise realized payoff after reorganization.
In management, he sticks to the strategy of “Pre-decision takes the preemptive opportunities”. By establishing the concept of “Building our own brands to let them famous in the field”, he has made great efforts to gain the reputation for Hailin, and set up multiple brands to fulfill the different needs of target consumers. Now Hailin underwear has its wide sale network covering more than 400 large and medium scale department stores in 25 cities and provinces in China and has international trade relationship with companies in Europe, U.S.A and other countries and regions.
