　　Hangzhou Dameng Property Management limited Company started to reconstruct, exploit and manage the NO.3&4 field of Baoshi district which is the old part of Han Zhou and the most difficult project. After 6years of construction the company finished the project by the help of the local government. The company changed its name to Hangzhou Dameng Property Management limited Company in 1998. The first section of Lubao Rooming House laid its foundation in Dec.1999 and completed in Oct.2000. The company hired international famous property management company be the consultant. Lubao Rooming House is the 1st international rooming house in Han Zhou. Many foreign guests chooses here to live in which including many famous people.
