CEC Joins Labor Laws Revising Work Through Harmonize Tri-parties Labor Relation

Executive vice president and director general of China Enterprise Confederation Chen Lantong required CEC should join Revising Work of Labor Laws and creat a good legal system to solve employment crisis for improving Chinese enterprises¡¯competitive ability on April 25th on the international conference of "Effects of Labor Legislation and Labormarket Flexibility".
Mr Chen Lantong said that as the earlist-founding Confederation of China enterpries and the only deputy of China emloyers¡¯ oranization, CEC insists the "serving enterpries" principle for years.
Mr Chen Lantong said CEC joind discussing andrevising work of Company Law, Employment Contract Law and other laws and these efforts protecet employing rights and managing rights. CEC makes efforts for perfecting Tri-parties Labor Relation Systerm.
