Mr.Chen Lantong Presented State Labor Relation Coordination Tri-parties Conference

The ninth state tri-parties labor relation coordination conference was held in Langfang city Hebei province. Mr. wang Dongjin, vice minister of Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Mr Chen Lantong, executive vice president and director general of China Enterprise Confederation and Mr. Sun Baoshu, vice chairman and secretary of All China Federation of Trade Unions, presented the conference and gave a speech separately.
Resolutions was made in the conference to guide the work this year including strength legal system construction of labor relations, practice and prefect labor contract system, collective consultation and contract system, harmonious labor relationship creation, protect migrant work¡¯s legal rights, and self-construction of state tri-parties labor relation coordination conference.
On behalf employer¡¯s organization, Chen Lantong gave his opinions to the work should be done in the second half this year of CEC and how to strengthen tri-parties system construction.
When reviewing the main work done by CEC last year, chen said CEC strengthened organization and system construction, took part in the formulation and amendment of law and policies of labor relation coordination, intensified research to important labor relationship issues, held the third session of china employer¡¯s forum, actively promote enterprise social responsibility work and international exchange and cooperation.
Talking about the labor relationship coordination this year, chen stressed seriously implement the resolution of the fifth plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party, taking scientific outlook as guideline to the work of CEC and better serve enterprise and entrepreneurs.
