The International Department
The International Department acts as CEC¨s liaison as well as the
operational team for activities of CEC with its foreign and international
partners, and takes charge of the integral management of its foreign
affairs. Its responsibilities encompass: managing the outbound visits
by CEC delegations in line with relevant national regulations and
policies on foreign affairs and reception of foreign delegations;
coordinating CEC¨s exchanges and cooperation projects; following up
with latest trends of development of relevant international organizations
as well as their role and status in social and economic life; making
an in-depth study on multinational as well as the new trends in the
global operation, boosting the communications and cooperation between
CEC and multinational, and tendering consulting services of policy
information, route designing and strategic choice to multinationals
for their operation in china and to Chinese enterprises for their
global operation International Department is composed of general affairs
division, liaison division, foreign affairs division and transnational
corporation division.
