The Financial Department is committed to conducting financial management and supervision of CEC and its independent departments. The major responsibilities includes: annual budgeting and final accounting; doing statistics and analysis of financial situation; coordinating the financial transaction among CEC departments; formulating the internal financial management regulations and approaches; responsible for feasibility analysis of big operations and investments projects etc.
