Department of Employers
The Employer Department seeks to attend on behalf of CEC the national
tripartite conference on labor relations coordination, get involved
in the drafting of laws, regulations and policies concerning labor
relations, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises
and entrepreneurs; direct and coordinate the branches of CEC/CEDA
in all the localities and industries in their efforts to establish
a tripartite mechanism and coordinate labor relations; help enterprises
upgrade their mechanism on the signing of labor and collective contracts,
reduce labor disputes an improve their labor relations with their
employees; provide the branches of CEC/CEDA in all localities and
industries with training and counseling services on tripartite mechanism
and labor relations; get together and sort our the domestic and overseas
documents on tripartite mechanism and labor relations and communicate
them in time to CEC/CEDA branches; participate n the activities organized
by ILO and IOE, get involved in the formulation and revision of ILO
and IOE labor standards and conventions, and reinforce CEC¨s communications
and cooperation with employer organization of other nations and other
relevant international bodies.
