Department of Employers
The Employer Work Department of the China Enterprise Confederation
(CEC) seeks to participate in the National Tripartite Committee on
Labour Relations; To represent employers and employers' organizations
protect the right and interest of employers, and formulation of laws,
regulations and polices related to Labour Relations; and To research
on issues about tripartism and labour relations at home and abroad,
and collect and disseminate information and materials;
To take part in the adoption of international labour standards as
representative of Chinese employers, and promote the cooperation with
ILO, other national employers' organisations and international institutions;
To guide and coordinate participation of employers' organisations
at the local & industrial level in tripartism and labour relations
through providing train and consultative service.
