Chinese Employers Forum
The annual Chinese employer¨s forum convened by CEC provides domestic and overseas enterprises and employers with a platform of exchange, and bridge the communication between enterprise and the government. It is designed to expose attending enterprise to the cutting-edge knowledge and training on international competition, spread the experience and promote the practice recognized as conductive to sharpening competitiveness, protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and employers, and increase the influence of Chinese employers both at home and abroad. The forum brings together senior officials or executives of governmental bodies, ILO, IOE, famous multinationals and domestic enterprises and renowned economists to address the topics and issues of common concern of the attending enterprises and employers. Its members represent the senior management of both large and small companies in china as well as relevant personalities of the society.
